About Michael
Michael is an experienced and skilled learning and development professional with a proven track record of success who knows precisely how to focus a team to deliver maximum results. He oversees all client solutions’ architecture and remains a point of contact to ensure full client satisfaction. Michael leads the instructional strategy and consulting teams.
Michael has 26+ years of experience in multiple roles within various industries such as banking, business process outsourcing, contact centers, utilities, and software. His hands-on experience, including multiple previous projects with software applications, makes him a key member of the instructional strategy team.
Michael co-founded Facilitador®, LLC in 1999 and the Performance Agents division in 2003. As one of the creators of performanceAgents™’ proprietary methodology for replicating top performers, he is an expert in human performance improvement and knowledge transfer.
Michael holds a Doctorate and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Workplace Learning from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton / GSE. He received his B.A. from Hofstra University in New York. He has served on the Board of Directors for ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), is an active sponsor, presenter and member of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
