He has 26+ years of experience bringing strategic value to the operations, human resources, and training and development departments he works for across multiple industries and cultures. As of today his solutions have touched well over one million people in more than one hundred countries. Michael holds a Doctorate and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Workplace Learning from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton / Graduate School of Education) where his research focused on why people learn and don’t apply.
