She has over 20+ years of experience managing complex knowledge transfer projects spanning multiple SMEs, countries and languages. Her customer-centric approach and attention to detail make her a natural at surpassing client expectations and ensuring the process is smooth and trouble-free. Claudia has multiple certifications in Instructional Design, Web-based Training, Project Management, and eLearning design. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barnard College and holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Columbia University.
